Renowned music artist Wendy Shay has actively supported victims of the recent fire at Kantamanto Market by donating GHS 10,000 to assist in their recovery.
In a viral video, Wendy Shay personally visited the area to stand in solidarity with the victims, expressing heartfelt sympathy for their plight.
“As a Ghanaian, I feel their pain, and I hope this small gesture will help them rebuild their lives,” Wendy Shay said during her visit.
Further, the victims have greatly appreciated her donation, with many still struggling to recover. Trader representatives have thanked Wendy Shay for her timely support and urged others to follow her example.
This follows a devastating fire that severely raze the stock and businesses of many traders.
