Stonebwoy has won the Reggae Dancehall Artist of the year at the VGMA on the 6th consecutive time.
At the 24th Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA), which were hosted at the Accra International Conference Center (AICC), the Ashaiman commander Stonebwoy was again named Best Reggae/Dancehall Artiste.
As Sarkodie did in the Best Highlife/Hip Pop Artiste category, he did win this award back-to-back. Both artists won their respective categories last year.
At the presentation on May 6, Stonebwoy’s Therapy also took up the Best Afropop Song award.
Samini, Rocky Dawuni, Ras Kuuku, Epixode, whose song Atia won Best Reggae/Dancehall Song, and Epixode were the other performers in the Best Reggae/Dancehall Artiste category.
