Ghanaian actor Van Vicker has clarified the rumours about his alleged refusal to join Lil Win’s film, titled A Country Called Ghana.
In a recent interview on Hello FM, Van Vicker explained that he made his decision due to a disagreement with the producers over the filming schedule.
According to the actor, Frank Garbin initially approached him for a role that Ramsey ultimately played. However, the producers asked for his availability for a month, which he found excessive.
He said
“While balancing my educational commitments, I proposed a ten-day shooting schedule. The producers rejected this proposal.
The Nigerian actor Ramsey, who eventually took on the role, completed the filming within the same ten-day period I suggested.”.
