Tyler Perry has reportedly resolved a dispute with Ghanaian highlife musician Kofi Nti over the unauthorised use of his song.
According to Kofi Nti, his UK-based legal team contacted Perry’s representatives after discovering the song’s use. Both parties engaged in smooth negotiations, reaching an amicable settlement.
Further, Nti expressed his satisfaction, praising the process as respectful and professional.
Reports state that Perry featured Nti’s track *Odo Nwom*, which includes vocals from highlife artist Ofori Amponsah, in a behind-the-scenes video for his hit TV series *Sistas*.
