Prince Nana Boakye Yiadom, also known as Papa Loggy, a businessman and event planner, believes that the award-winning Ghanaian reggae/dancehall musician Stonebwoy is the only musician in Ghana who has the interests of event organizers at heart and does not treat them harshly when it comes to collecting fees for events.
The first Stonebwoy concert, “A Night In Berekum With Stonebwoy,” was organized by Nish Entertainment, a Berekum-based event planning company, in 2023. This concert was the brainchild of Papa Loggy, CEO of Loggy Travel and Tours and Loggy Entertainment, also known in the entertainment industry as Papa Loggy.
Papa Loggy said in an interview that followed the triumphantly sold-out concert on January 14 the reasons why he would never hesitate to do anything for the “Therapy” hit producer.
He asserted that, in contrast to other artists, the afro-dancehall musician is very careful when setting the price for a performance.
“Some musicians have irrational expectations. If Stonebwoy phones, I will answer him no matter where I am since he is such a reasonable artist. When it comes to events, he is constantly considerate.
Other artists don’t charge the prices Stonebwoy does from some of us, the organizers, and when it comes to repertoire, Stonebwoy has a lot more great songs than other artists.
He declared.
Papa Loggy also disclosed that Stonebwoy canceled a performance in France in order to attend the Berekum concert.
When I approached Stonebwoy about doing this program, he replied, “Loggy, let me cancel the France concert, and I’ll go and shoot my video with the Grammy Award artiste.
