The National Communications Authority has announced that Starlink will launch its operations in Ghana by the end of August 2024.
In a statement dated Thursday, August 22, the NCA noted that Starlink will operate under the name SpaceX Starlink GH LTD, offering unparalleled high-speed internet through its constellation of low-Earth orbit satellites.
Further, the statement indicated that the service will come at a premium, with equipment costs ranging from $600 to $2,500 and monthly fees between $120 and $5,000.
This cutting-edge technology promises faster internet speeds, positioning Starlink as a formidable player in the global internet market.
