Divine Ikubor, better known by his stage name Rema, is a Nigerian musician who has canceled all of his December engagements.
The “Calm Down” singer announced that he wouldn’t be playing anywhere in December, citing health concerns. Originally, he was supposed to tour Benin, Lagos, and Abuja. Rema disclosed this through his Instagram story, expressing his shock at the abrupt turn of events. But he said he would be back onstage next year.
“It breaks my heart to say that I won’t be performing anywhere in December,” Rema stated in her post. I’ve been touring for years; I’ve neglected my health, and I need time to heal. We go again in 2024, my love.
