M3nsa has voiced shock over a phone thief receiving
a 15-year sentence.
The rapper responded on Twitter to a news story about a young man who was sentenced to 15 years in prison for stealing a phone.
According to the report, Emmanuel Waki, a motorcyclist, was sentenced to 15 years in prison after admitting to robbing a bystander in front of the Police CID Headquarters in Accra of his cellphone.
