The lead pastor of Alabaster International Ministries, Prophet Kofi Oduro, has criticized the comparison between obtaining a foreign passport and receiving a Doctorate of Philosophy (PhD).
He argued that debating the benefits of a foreign passport versus a PhD is nonsensical, especially when others are focused on developing innovative solutions to help the world.
Addressing his congregation, Prophet Oduro dismissed social media discussions about passports and PhDs by asserting that such debates are fundamentally incorrect since they hold no meaning in death and do not influence one’s salvation.
He said
“Now, if someone possesses a Dutch passport, does it mean they no longer require education? They are demeaning education. While there are individuals conducting research into artificial intelligence and other areas, we are here talking nonsense.
I’ve lived overseas and am familiar with how things operate. There are opportunities, but it’s not as simple as it seems,”
