Health Minister Dr Bernard Okoe Boye has warned nurses that electing John Dramani Mahama and the NDC could lead to the cancellation of nursing training allowances.
In addressing students at the Lekma Nursing Training College, Dr Okoe Boye explain that if Mahama is vote for , the issues from his previous term will resurface.
Further, he highlighted the NPP’s commitment to improving conditions for nursing students and professionals, contrasting Dr Bawumia’s forward-thinking approach with what he described as Mahama’s “reset” that could reverse progress, including allowances and job placements for nurses.
Additionally, he urged students to back Dr. Bawumia in the upcoming elections, assuring them that the NPP would prioritise their welfare.
