On Thursday, July 18, self-proclaimed evangelist Mama Pat, popularly known as Pastor Nana Agraadaa, appeared in court and secured bail of GHc 200,000 with two justified sureties.
The court charged her with possessing indecent materials. According to the case details, Patricia Asiedua, also known as Nana Agraadaa, allegedly broadcast explicit images of a prophet on her television station, Thunder TV (now rebranded as Today’s TV), in 2021.
She reportedly made derogatory comments about these images and further distributed them by labelling a beverage (bitters) for sale.
