Artiste manager Mr Logic has confirmed his intimate relationship with his former signee, Canadian artiste Monique Spence, also known as Mo Spence.
In an interview on Class FM on January 20, Mr. Logic reveal that the altercation, which took place six months ago, was driven by relationship issues.
Addressing the audio circulating online, explaining that it resulted from a personal dispute, not a professional matter.
“When there’s an issue, the best way to resolve it is by speaking the truth. I always tell the truth so that, in the future, people can defend me when they hear about it,” he said. “I won’t lie. I worked with her, and we were also dating. Although I know it’s unprofessional, I wouldn’t advise other artist managers to do the same.”
Further, he also warned others working with female artists to manage their emotions carefully to avoid complications.
“When you’re working with a female artist, try not to let her provoke you, as it can lead to trouble. So yes, there was love between us,”
This follows An audio circulating on social media featuring Mr Logic threatening Mo Spence during an aggressive exchange.
