The Ministry of Health has announced that it will begin recruiting 15,000 nurses and midwives on Monday, August 5, 2024, at 12:00 noon.
This follows the Ministry of Finance granting Financial Clearance to hire 15,200 nurses and midwives.
In a statement issued on Monday, July 29, the Health Ministry instructed qualified applicants to apply through its online application portal at https://hr.moh.gov.gh and follow the instructions to select their preferred agency.
The Ministry stressed the transparency of the recruitment process and warned applicants to avoid individuals offering assistance for a fee.
It advised against making any payments, stating that those who do so will be doing so at their own risk.
The Ministry also made known applicants must submit their applications by Friday, August 23, 2024, at 6:00 pm.
