Member of Parliament for Assin South, Rev. John Ntim Fordjour, has praised the Minority Caucus for its effectiveness in Ghana’s Parliament, despite having fewer members.
In an interview on March 18, he pointed to evaluations from various organizations and public opinion, which rated the minority’s performance above the majority’s in the early months of the 9th Parliament.
“Right from the start—within the first two months of the 9th Parliament—several organizations and institutions have assessed the performance of both sides, reflecting public perception,” he noted.
Further, Rev. Fordjour emphasized that the “88 Mighty Minority” is operating at peak efficiency and making a significant impact in parliamentary proceedings.
“Most assessments rank our performance as more effective and superior to the majority’s, despite their larger numbers. With the utmost respect, the 88 Mighty Minority is delivering at its best,” he affirmed.
