The National Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Johnson Asiedu Nketiah, has warned that a future John Mahama-led government will be tough on those involved in wrongdoing in Ghana.

During a three-day tour in Sandema, Upper East Region, Mr. Nketiah assured supporters that the NDC would uphold justice for law-abiding citizens while holding accountable anyone guilty of corruption or mismanagement of public funds. He emphasised that no misconduct would go unpunished under a future NDC government.

“The Mahama government won’t threaten good people, but it will be firm on those who break the law and will recover every misappropriated pesewa under the current New Patriotic Party (NPP) government,” he stated.

He further urged,

“Whether in government or private business, act responsibly as citizens. When we take office, we’ll set standards that future generations will follow, ensuring lasting development for the country.”
