In a shocking turn of events, Inspector Ahmed Twumasi, a police officer stationed in Adum-Kumasi, has confessed to shooting and killing Victoria Dapaah, popularly known as Maadwoa. The incident, which occurred on April 20, 2023, has sent shockwaves through the community as the motive behind the brutal murder has been revealed to be an alleged debt of GH¢5,000.
According to the confession made by Inspector Ahmed Twumasi, he had lent GH¢5,000 to Victoria Dapaah, who was known to him, but she failed to repay the loan as promised.
