Member of Parliament for Bawku Central, Mahama Ayariga, has vowed to draw inspiration from legacies of past leaders as he takes on his role as Majority Leader.
In a statement issued on January 23, Mr Ayariga emphasised that the leadership styles and accomplishments of his predecessors will guide him.
“I am excited by the outstanding examples set by previous leaders of our caucus.Our current Speaker, Rt. Hon. Alban Bagbin, led us. Other notable leaders such as Hon. Cletus Avoka, Hon. Benjamin Kunbuor, Hon. Haruna Iddrisu, and Hon. Cassiel Ato Forson, set high standards that will continue to guide me,”.
Further, he also reaffirmed the NDC caucus’s commitment to advancing President John Dramani Mahama’s vision for a “reset” of Ghana.
