Renowned Ghanaian dancer Dancegod Lloyd, whose real name is Laud Anoo Konadu, has disclosed that he played football alongside Thomas Partey and Moses Odjer.
During an interview on Channel One, Dancegod Lloyd revealed that he was a footballer before pursuing a career in dance.
“I was a footballer… Thomas Teye Partey and Moses Odjer were among my teammates,”When reflecting on why I didn’t continue with football professionally, You can’t question God… Sometimes I wonder why I didn’t reach the professional level, but I believe God has a plan for me. Even now, I still question it.”
Dancegod Lloyd gained widespread recognition after starring in Beyoncé’s “Already” music video with Shatta Wale in 2020 and has since featured in various projects.
