Presidential candidate of the Movement for Change Alan Kyerematen has outlined his economic promises and asserted his strong stance against corruption in Ghana at Sunyani.
During a recent campaign stop in the region, he engaged with local market women and traditional leaders and affirmed his commitment to fighting corruption, which he sees as a major obstacle to national progress.
“The fight against corruption starts at the top. I have never been corrupt and will never be. My record is open for every Ghanaian to review,” he declared.
Further, Mr Kyerematen called for a new era of transparency and accountability in governance.
He emphasised the need for a leader who upholds and enforces integrity within their administration.
“We need a leader who is not only free from corruption but who will also have zero tolerance for any form of corruption within their administration,” he stated.
As part of his Great Transformational Plan, Kyerematen proposed a major reform: consolidating all anti-corruption institutions into a single, robust entity.
This proposal seeks to strengthen the fight against corruption and ensure greater accountability in government.
