Ghanaian musician Kunta Kinte, from the popular duo Bradez, has opened up about his 15-year battle with a life-threatening illness.
Speaking on the Fakye Showbiz podcast, the hitmaker shared his painful journey, which began with a stroke that left the right side of his body nonfunctional.
According to him, the stroke initially confined him to a wheelchair, making it impossible for him to walk or lift his arm. Despite these challenges, Kunta Kinte refused to give in to despair or suicidal thoughts. Instead, chose to view his experience as a source of hope and motivation for others facing similar struggles.
“You have to believe in yourself. Your life is precious, so you have to push through,” he said, inspiring many with his resilience.
Further, addressing rumors about his condition, Kunta Kinte clarified that his illness was purely medical and not linked to personal conflicts.
