The Ghana Journalists Association (GJA) will open a Book of Condolence on Monday, August 26, 2024, to honour Godwin Avenorgbo, the Chairman of its 75th Anniversary Planning Committee.
In a press release dated August 21, General Secretary Mr. Kofi Yeboah announced that the Book of Condolence will be available at the Ghana International Press Centre on Gamel Abdul-Nasser Avenue from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for 10 days.
His unexpected passing has deeply shocked the GJA and the entire media community in Ghana, prompting an outpouring of tributes in his memory, the release noted.
