The Ghana Health Service (GHS) has launched a nationwide COVID-19 vaccination drive to encourage those who haven’t yet received their vaccinations.
The 11th national COVID-19 vaccination campaign commenced on Wednesday, July 3, 2024, and will conclude on Sunday, July 7, 2024.
The campaign, theme
“Protect yourself, protect your family, and get vaccinated against COVID-19,” aims to motivate unvaccinated individuals to get their shots.
According to reports, as of December 31, 2023, a total of 28,515,854 people in Ghana had been vaccinated against COVID-19.
