Enoch Teye Mensah, also known as “E.T. Mensah,” was a former Member of Parliament (MP) representing the Greater Accra Region’s Ningo-Prampram seat. He died at the age of 77. According to reports, the Council of State member passed away in South Africa following a lengthy disease struggle.
From January 1997 until January 2017, he was a member of parliament and was most known for his time as the minister of youth and sports.
ET Mensah was the Chief Executive of the Accra Metropolitan Assembly (AMA) under the PNDC military dictatorship.
