Ghanaian actor John Peasah, popularly known as Drogba from the acclaimed YOLO series, has opened up about his ongoing health struggles.
In an emotional video, Drogba described his condition as very complicated, often rendering him unable to speak.
The actor said:
“I apologise for not updating you sooner about my condition. The situation is complex, and sometimes it’s hard for me to describe how I feel.
My speech can fail me, but today I’m able to speak a bit better, so I wanted to record this quickly,” he explained.
The pain in my back is still there. I take medication to manage it and do light exercises, as intense workouts can trigger issues, causing my neck or hand to shake,” Drogba added.
He also demonstrated how his condition affects his walking. In March, Drogba was diagnosed with a life-threatening demyelinating disease.
