Dr. Kwasi Amakye Boateng, a senior lecturer at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and a member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), claims that Kennedy Ohene Agyapong, one of the flag bearer candidates on the NPP’s ticket, was unfit to be president.
He claimed that Mr. Agyapong lacked the intellectual competence to rule Ghana and was unqualified to serve as president of Ghana on moral, social, and intellectual grounds.
In order to prepare Mr. Agyapong to lead the nation, he questioned his knowledge of economics, for instance.
He believes that Ken’s recent and past statements do not accurately represent his willingness to serve as president of Ghana.
In a story captured on Graphic Online he further stated that its his prayer that Mr. Agyapong will not lead the NPP’s November 4 elections where the flagbearer for the 2024 general elections will be elected.
