[DETAILS] Shatta Wale and Medikal Announced The 2nd Edition of Freedom Wave Concert
Sitting with Sammy Flex on Ctv’s Total Showbiz show on Wednesday evening, the duo had given the exclusive on the second edition of the most successful Freedom Wave Concert.
According to them, the Concert is set to come off on the 25th day if December 2022 at the Accra Sports Stadium.
The musical duo is so confident of filling the 40,000 capacity Stadium on the 25th night.
According to Shatta, he wished the prices if ticket will be very moderate for the average fan to purchase.
He emphasise that this is not a show to make money but something they have planned to do annually to entertain their fans and give back to the society.
He mentioned that every money made from the show will be donated to an orphanage home.
“Freedom Wave Concert Remix is coming forth on Sunday, 25th December 2022. We’ve planned to give back to society and I wish the tickets will be sold at 5ghc” He said.
“We are hopeful to fill the 40,000 capacity but if we are to make at least 1/3rd of it, we should be applauded” He added.
Shatta and Medikal joined hands to fill a quarter of the Accra Sports Stadium last year when they host music enthusiats for the maiden edition of Freedom Wave Concert.
This was after they’ve spent fee days at the Ankaful Prisons when Shatta Wale had faked his death and was charged by false publication.
