The Convention People’s Party (CPP) has announced that the party’s internal primaries will take place on August 24, 2024.
At a press briefing held at the party’s headquarters, Congress Committee Chairman Nana Mireku Tumi announced that the nomination period for the National Flagbearership election will run from July 24 to August 20, 2024.
However, the vetting of candidates will occur from August 6 to 7, with the campaign period scheduled from August 9 to August 23.
