The discovery of video footage comes just one day after Enchi police launched their investigation into a chieftaincy dispute.
The suspected attackers’ claimed siege of the palace on Sunday in the Western North Region is captured on CCTV.
That morning, four persons were shot, and one of them is still critically injured at Enchi Government Hospital.
According to the report, the incident started on November 6, 2022, when Beyeeman Tano Kwao Benbuin II, the supreme chief of the Enchi Traditional Council, was being attacked at his palace by an unknown gang that was reportedly made up of members of the community.
The palace guards, on the other hand, were also looking for retaliation, and gunfire was exchanged between the two sides.
Four of the guests died, while one person was injured.
The video that Myjoyonline.com was able to obtain shows about a dozen individuals threatening their way through the streets of Enchi. They have rifles, knives, and other attack weapons at their disposal.
