The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has appointed Patrice Milazar as the referee for Ghana’s 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifier against Sudan.
Souru Phatsoane from Lesotho will assist as Assistant I, Jean-Marc Jeff Pithia from Mauritius will serve as Assistant II, and Ganesh Chutooree, also from Mauritius, will act as the Fourth Referee. Sekou Wieh Konneh from Liberia will fulfill the role of Match Commissioner, while Bechir Hassani from Tunisia will serve as the referee assessor.
Ghana, having earned only one point from their first two matches, is under significant pressure to secure a home victory against a Sudanese team led by former Ghana coach Kwesi Appiah.
The match is schedule to take place at the Accra Sports Stadium on Friday, October 11, 2024, with kick-off set for 16:00 GMT.
