Ghanaian dancehall artist Shatta Wale teamed up with the Buzzstop Boys to clean up Alajo T Junction in Accra on Wednesday.
During the cleanup, Shatta Wale donated GH₵30,000 to support the Buzzstop Boys’ mission of keeping Ghana clean. He revealed that the donation came from gifts he received from his fans and loved ones.
Shatta Wale then encouraged the community to actively maintain a clean environment, emphasising that it benefits everyone’s health and can help raise more funds for community support. He also pledged future support whenever needed.
Additionally, the Buzzstop Boys received more funds from a 30-minute live session Wale held on TikTok.
Buz Stop Boys, a group of young men with the vision of keeping Ghana clean, started with five members. Now, they have grown to 45 members, all dedicated to making the “Clean Ghana” mantra a reality.
