Well Known artiste manager, Bullgod, has openly challenged the claim that Fantana is the biggest female dancehall artiste in Ghana. Bullgod, known for his blunt and straightforward nature, recently expressed his reservations regarding Fantana’s status in the dancehall genre, raising eyebrows among music enthusiasts and sparking a heated debate within the industry.
Bullgod has questioned Fantana’s claim to the title of the biggest female dancehall artiste in Ghana. The Artist Manger , who has worked with several top-notch acts and played a significant role in shaping the careers of some renowned Ghanaian musicians, argues that Fantana still has a long way to go before reaching the top spot.
Bullgod emphasized that being labeled the biggest female dancehall artiste entails more than just having a few hit songs and garnering a significant social media following. He believes that an artiste’s influence and impact should be measured by factors such as consistency, longevity, and contribution to the growth of the genre.
Citing other female dancehall artistes who have made substantial strides in the Ghanaian music industry, Bullgod named the likes of AK Songstress, MzVee, and Euni Melo. According to him, these artists have consistently produced quality music, collaborated with both local and international acts, and contributed to the elevation of dancehall music in Ghana.
