The Black Stars have landed in Luanda to prepare for their crucial 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Angola’s Black Sable Antelopes on Friday.
Before leaving Accra on Wednesday, the team completed three intensive training sessions. Tonight, they will train officially at the Estadio 11 de Novembro in Luanda at 8 p.m. local time.
Ghana must secure a win to keep their 2025 AFCON qualification hopes alive. Currently third in Group F with just two points from four games, they trail group leaders Angola, who hold a perfect 12 points, and Sudan.
If Ghana fails to qualify, it will be their first absence from the AFCON tournament since 2004. The next edition is set to take place in Morocco.
