Baby Jet, a former captain of the Blackstars, has earned a UEFA license B coaching certificate.
The living icon posted pictures of himself grinning broadly and displaying the new certificates on his social media platforms to spread the good news to the public.
When Baby Jet visited Wales in June 2022, he began studying and training for this license.
He was attending the six-day program that the Football Association of Wales had planned.
For individuals who had prior playing or coaching experience in the professional game, it was a residential course.
As Asamoah revealed, this is only the beginning of his coaching career because he will one day work as a full-time coach overseeing one of the best teams in the world.
