The Appointments Committee of Parliament has announced it will begin vetting ministers-designate on Monday, January 13, 2025, at 9:00 am.
In a statement, the committee confirmed it will review the nominations of three individuals for key ministerial roles:
– Dr. Cassiel Ato Baah Forson as Minister-designate for Finance
– John Abdulai Jinapor as Minister-designate for Energy
– Dr. Dominic Akuritinga Ayine as Minister-designate for Justice and Attorney General
These nominations follow the committee’s announcement on January 10, 2025, confirming the appointments of the three ministers.
