Rick Ross, a well-known American rapper, has used social media to advertise Stonewoy’s most recent album, 5th Dimension.
The Grammy-winning musician showed his love and support for the Afro-dancehall performer’s album by reposting the album’s intro video on his Instagram story.
Along with using the fire emoji, Rick Ross commented on the album under Stonebwoy’s post, making it abundantly clear how much he loved the music.
After being made available on Friday, April 28, the 5th Dimension album has received a ton of attention from people all over the world and has amassed over 9 million streams on Spotify and Audiomack, respectively.
The sounds in “5th Dimension” demonstrate the Grammy nominee’s aptitude for incorporating various musical styles and cultural influences into his work.
Local and foreign artists are represented on the 17-track album, including British rapper Stormzy, Grammy-winning African singer Angelique Kidjo, Davido, the iconic Nigerian Afrobeats singer, South African DJ Maphorisa, Jamaican reggae rapper Shaggy, Dexta Daps, Mereba, and Jaz Karis.
Stonebwoy and a small group of partygoers celebrated the long-awaited release of his body of work, “5th Dimension,” on Friday night at the Polo Beach Club in Accra.
The purpose of the gathering was to introduce the record to the audience.
The party was to give the audience a feel of the album.
Stonebwoy thrilled the audience with all the seventeen songs on the album having with him Jamaican Sprinter Asafa Powell.
This counts as the fifth body of work of the Bhim president.
