Ghanaian actress Mercy Little Smith, known for her role as “Benyiwaa” in the hit TV series Efiewura, has passed away.
The Efiewura Facebook page confirmed the sad news on December 18, 2024, with a post that read, “RIP Benyiwaa. She left the earth plane yesterday. Bye.” The cause of her death remains unclear.
Benyiwaa was widely admired for playing the different characters in the various television series.
