Abossey Okai Spare Parts Dealers Leadership Warns Politicians Against Using Business Hub for Campaigns

Written by Sarah Boye

The leadership of the Abossey Okai Spare Parts Dealers Association has issued a stern warning to politicians, urging them to refrain from using their business hub for political activities.

In a report by UTV, the association released a press statement declaring its intention to prevent any political party from dominating the area for political events.

The statement, signed by the association’s public relations officer, Mr. Takyi Addo, emphasized that the area is solely a commercial zone and should not be exploited for political purposes.

This warning follows an observed trend where politicians visit the premises without formal communication or consent from their leaders.

The association further emphasized that such actions are turning the area into a political stage, deviating from its intended purpose as a commercial center.
