A 15-year-old boy has died in Kasoa American Town after his mother allegedly beat him for stealing GHc her GHc 80.00.
According to reports, the boy’s mother, who owns a popular bakery in the area, discovered the money missing and suspected her son of theft over the weekend.
She reportedly beat him and threatened to turn him over to the police if he did not confess.Tragically, the boy died in a taxi on the way to the police station.
Authorities have since taken the deceased’s body to the Mother and Child Hospital.
